Return Policy

Customers are understood to mean: people who have made a purchase at kiddoworld.eu According to European law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The days are counted from the day you, or a designated third party, take physical possession of the item. If you would like to return an item, we kindly ask you to include a cover note clearly stating your NAME and ORDER NUMBER. This speeds up the processing of your return. You will find a sample letter at the bottom of this page.

You must pay the shipping costs. You are responsible for ensuring that the package is delivered to the correct address and that the products arrive undamaged. The product is in the original packaging and any labels are still attached. There are no traces that the item has been used (in case of traces of use, the product will NOT be returned). 

 Cost of return & refund purchase amount 

If you revoke the agreement within 14 days and the package is in our possession again within 14 days, you will receive the purchase amount of the product in question within 5 working days. Costs for this return are the responsibility of the customer . Whichever method of delivery you choose, you are responsible that the package comes back into our possession. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back. If the package is lost, you can contact the relevant delivery service. In that case, the purchase amount will not be refunded by us. In that case, you can submit a claim to the delivery service. 

We will refund you with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, no costs will be charged for this refund. Returns are processed within 5 business days. You can see this on your payment source. Please note: in case of credit card payment, a return booking is often only visible on your credit card overview at the end of the month/term. 

Exchange 
If you want a replacement product, you must place a new order.

Depreciation 
If damage has occurred to the product, and it is demonstrable that more has happened to the product than may be expected to assess whether you want to keep it, the costs of this damage will be for your account. The packaging may have been opened. However, the product must not contain stains, (smoke) odors or other damage. If wear or damage has occurred, Ballenbakken.nl is entitled to settle that damage with the amount to be refunded.

Term: 14 days cooling-off period 
During the cooling-off period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. The product will only be unpacked to the extent necessary to assess whether the product is retained.

Parcel delayed or lost 
If a parcel has not been delivered, an investigation will be initiated. This can take 2 weeks. Depending on the investigation, it is decided whether the responsibility lies with the delivery service or with the shop. In the first case you can claim the package with the delivery service. In the latter, the shop will come up with the solution. It is therefore not automatically the case that the shop will reimburse the package or resend the product. If a package has been signed for, the legal condition to deliver a package has been met and you can submit your claim to the relevant delivery service. If a package has been delivered with track & trace and the package is lost, you can submit a claim for damages to the delivery service. Ballenbak.nl will assist you by providing all the information you need.

If you have paid via credit card or PayPal, you are often entitled to purchase protection from this payment service.
